Wheat Grass

I thought I'd share something I learned. I went to a massage therapist who found little sore pressure points all over my body. There was one on the back of each hip, one on the inside of my knees, one on the inside of my calfs, and one on each foot. She said that each of these was not only connected to each other, but also to the reproductive organs. Since you loose so much blood during your pregnancy, these organs take a long time to heal. I have had 2 children and my youngest is 16 months and these pressure points are still really painful if pressed. She recommended wheat grass. You can take it in a capsule or I think they have a liquid form to put in smoothies and things. The wheat grass is supposed to help you produce more blood, which you need to do after a pregnancy. The extra production of blood will also help to heal the organs quicker. I hope this helps you. Even if the pressure points aren't bothering you, it would still be a good idea to take the supplement. I think we all need as much help as possible to recover from pregnancy so we can feel our best.
